I used this in a 1982 Honda FT500 Ascot to replace the stock starter cylinder relay. * Make sure to check contact with your specific wiring harness. If the cables are incorrectly connected, other starting mechanisms may be damaged when connected to the battery. On the FT500, incorrect wiring can burn out the starter controller. One bad thing is that the two main terminals are very close to each other. I had to cut a bit from the two ring clamps. Not so hot what's up.
