This is one of those inventions that I say make sense. This neck fan is ideal for beating the summer heat on our Georgia and Florida porches and backyards. Even when I'm cruising the Emerald Coast on my cruiser bike at midday when the summer sun is scorching over 120 degrees Fahrenheit, this fan works fantastic.
