I have sciatica and arthritis in my knees. I have found that the only way to continue my daily walks without pain is by wearing compression knee pads. My first pair was from Tommi Copper and seemed to help, but the price was too high to continue buying. When I saw them my first thought was that for the price they are being sold for they can't be good. When they arrived I was amazed at the quality of the product and as I tried them the surprise grew. They really made my knees strong and all the discomfort I had was gone. Judging by the size of my foot, I was small on top or medium on bottom. I chose the medium and am very happy about it. They are snug but not uncomfortable. I can't imagine wearing a size small.
