Who approved the sale of this refurbished laptop?
I have checked this purchase carefully. I wanted a basic laptop with an above average screen. It seemed like a good option. The screen is nice, but this laptop is a complete flop. Crashes every 2 minutes. Music or videos cannot be streamed. It is impossible to perform the most basic tasks on this machine. As far as I know it has just been renovated. I can't believe anyone approved the purchase of this laptop. It's been a week since I returned it and I haven't heard back about my refund.
