Review on Janome 9mm Machines Clear View 1/4-Inch Seam Foot: Optimize Your Search! by Linda Diaz

On the Janome 8200QC (a new machine to me) I had a thread jam while sewing the top of the quilt and the fabric was pulled through the 9mm wide hole in the needle plate with foot "O". comes with the machine. I prefer the guide foot for 1/4 inch stitch accuracy. The straight stitch plate solves this problem, but the "O" foot does not work with the straight stitch plate (needle moves from center to right, mode 1:8 mode). 3: select 02 for small 1/4", see page 63 of the instructions) So the search for a guide foot that works with the straight needle plate was well underway. And I'm so happy they made it!
