I have seen this scarf before and as a real scarf lover I thought and thought about it , as I didn't buy it the first and second time I saw it. The third time I bought it in blue and red and couldn't be more ticklish when I swallow a pink feather duster. That's exactly what a navy blue outfit needs to elevate it and breathe some life into it. Very pretty in both colors I bought it in.
