Brand new, this mouse is amazing. Only criticism was the lack of a braided cable. After a few months I noticed some sticky substances near the side buttons and figured it was just soda or some other crap. Then, about a week later, the entire left rubber grip slipped off while playing. I had to take the grip off and peel off the adhesive, but now the case is shiny smooth material and slightly dented (the grip should be filled). After about a week, the front right grip just slipped off without warning. Customer service was quick and pleasant. I asked about buying new legs (I messed them up cleaning them) and handles. Unfortunately, they couldn't send me anything until a month later, so they suggested starting an RMA. This process will leave me without a mouse which is why I gave up. I think mice in this price range should work without problems for at least 1 year. I bought it in March 2018 and the problems started in August/September. Replacement parts should be available by now, BUT do I have to deal with gluing parts to my mouse myself with a kit? If they don't start sending out replacement side cases, this mouse will have to be returned every time the grips come loose as it changes the whole feel of the mouse. and fast everything is fine here 1 star - problems within 1 year for a quality mouse is terrible and yet so strange.
