Review on VNEXT SOFTWARE by Gregory Chaitanya

I like that they are easy to work with, as well as extremely customer service-oriented! They have been able to fix many issues we've had in our system. The turnaround time for updates has also greatly improved since working with them. We're still learning how everything works but it's going very smoothly thus far so no complaints there yet!! Nothing really at this point - just getting used to things. Would recommend trying out their services if you need someone who can take care of your IT needs without breaking the bank. Our organization needed help updating an outdated website which was causing some security concerns (and lack thereof) among customers using certain programs/websites. After multiple conversations back & forth between myself and my colleagues regarding costs vs benefits, we decided upon vnext because they were willing to do something outside what people would expect from such a large company; however not too expensive or low quality. Their team quickly got us up & running again within 2 weeks.
