Very good quality speakers. Replaced my rear factory JBLs in my '07 4Runner. You will have to make some fasteners and drill new holes, but this is expected. Combined with JBL's new 4-channel 75W RMS per channel amplifier, these speakers maximize their power output and get LOUD! They're not much better than any other speaker without a good secondary amplifier, but that's why you need an amplifier to unlock the full potential of any car audio system. I have the same JBL 6x9 front speakers. JBL is my favorite car stereo, I have not been disappointed with any of my JBL purchases.
