not recommended

does not work. I use a sponge but was hoping it would work because the bad side of the sponge is that it breaks apart causing spongy crumbs to fall onto your hair that sometimes fall out like black scales. When I saw this I was optimistic that this could be the solution to this problem, but unfortunately it doesn't work.
