Absolutely normal! suitable for lipstick
Beautiful shine with a slight volume effect. It stings a little but not as badly as similar products I've used in the past. Glitter blends perfectly with matte and cream lipsticks, which is very beautiful. If you're looking for a sheer shine for fullness, look no further! The only downside is that it feels sticky after about an hour of wear, but what pharmacy shine doesn't?
