OUR FAMILY IS DIFFICULT WITH CHARGING CABLES I will confess that my family is very strict with our charging cables (I'm personally the worst). Lifetime warranty promises are typically broken in my family because we take all electronics and their accessories seriously. With that in mind, I have very high expectations for this belt cable. I registered my product straight away and time will tell how long it lasts. FIRST IMPRESSIONS - NICE PACKAGING - WILL MAKE A NICE GIFT, can give you some first impressions. First of all very nice packaging. There is a small tab on the side from which the "shell" with the cable protrudes. It is perfect for presenting and is therefore a special gift. DURABILITY - NICE LEATHER STRAP (NO MORE SILLS!) The cable itself is flexible but definitely stiffer than any other cable I've owned. It's definitely thick and durable. I LOVE the leather strap to wrap the cord. I've found that the velcro straps you usually attach to the cable just gather a little fluff over time and it can look pretty rough. FAST CHARGING I've noticed that the charging time is getting shorter and shorter. Obviously, the thickness of this cable allows it to conduct electric current well. FINAL THOUGHTS If, like me, you're tired of buying charging cables every six months or a year (depending on the quality you choose), then this product could be just what you're looking for. I was willing to pay a price for this product based on the manufacturer's claim (and I can clearly tell that the cable has quality based on its tactile qualities). Time will tell, but I think it's definitely worth trying.
