The mild cypress scent of this toner is very refreshing. Striking but light enough not to linger or be overly fragrant. Purifies the skin and helps maintain its balance. Controls sebum production and soothes the skin. Tightens pores and softens skin. While it helps control excess sebum production, it doesn't dry out the skin. I didn't notice any irritation or other undesirable effects. Should be suitable for all skin types, especially oily or dry skin, but mild enough for dry skin. Well suited for both men and women.
