I like that you can search through all of Scotts databases to find your perfect match, as well searching by specific skill sets or experience levels are some really useful tools in this platform! The ability to create multiple postings at once with different keywords helps me save time when posting jobs into my account!! Also it's easy enough if someone sends out emails without being attached so they know who their contacting about what position etc., which makes life easier too because sometimes people send an email but don't attach any resumes/resume examples / cover letters (which could help them get hired) So its great having everything included within each post itself - just click "add resume" instead using attachments- saves loads more work :D.
