Excellent phone, no problems with the phone so far, inserted a SIM card and I have used it. Lots of great features, this is my second reference. My last phone lasted 7 years so I didn't bother to buy another one. The only issue I had was that it took 7 days on Prime to get here which is way too long, especially. When I have prime customer service it's a joke they keep running around me saying it's 2 days after it left the full fill center not when it was ordered. "BY WHOM?" I showed screenshots of items with a delivery time of 4-5 days and they kept saying it wasn't the main listing, even though it clearly stated it was.
