Media could not be loaded. Ordered 4 new cables, received 2/4 used. One of the opened boxes had obviously been moved and the cable had obviously been used in a very dirty environment, then mostly cleaned and placed back in the box. I tested the cables with a network tester and they failed a simple test. Cable check (no broken cable). I just don't understand why they ever sent me those two open boxes and risked losing not just me as a customer but everyone I deal with at work and in the industry at large. If I were her, it wouldn't be worth the risk. I know I can contact them but this is a scenario that should never happen to a customer. Some might say this is an extreme case, but the person must have made a conscious decision to add two used cables to my order instead of the other two brand new ones they were supposed to be supplying. no longer classified as a borderline case. Obviously I'm disappointed.
