Review on ☕ KRUPS Precision Grinder Flat Burr Coffee: Perfectly Ground Beans for Drip, Espresso, Pour Over & Cold Brew, 12 Cup Capacity in Sleek Black by Clint Miller

I was very pleased with the grinder. Rotary grinders don't grind coffee beans evenly like a burr grinder, so I was hooked on this. I knew the Krups brand as it was our rotary grinder before I bought this one. She grinds coffee very well. It took me some experimentation with adjusting the grind size and grind time to get the right grind size and amount of coffee for my 8 cup french press. There was quite a bit of VERY finely ground coffee at each grind, but for the most part the grind from my French press was only roughly coarse. Cleaning this thing was a pain! A brush is included, but removing the grinder attachment to brush off all the fine coffee dust that accumulated with each grind was a daunting task. But the worst thing is that this machine broke after just a month of use. After about 10 grinds, the machine shut off about a third of the morning coffee meal. I took out the sanding part and cleaned it well and it seemed to work again after I put it back together. In a few days? The same thing! So cleaned and reassembled and everything worked. The next day? The same thing. But this time removing the top grinder and cleaning it did NOT get it working again. I gave it back to Revane. I may be looking for millstones that are NOT primarily plastic.
