This is really well done. I use it to slide the battery plate from the camera frame onto the SmallRig rail that is on the gimbal, but the two rails are not the same size. This one is a lot smaller so I had to put some tape on it to keep the battery plate from sliding on it. However, the adjustable size helps mitigate some of the inconveniences. If you're buying it to use with other brand leaders, be prepared for a less than ideal solution. . I only rate it so poorly because of its incompatibility with other splints.
