Review on 😺 50g TONYMOLY Cat's Purrfect Day Cream: Enhancing Your Skincare Routine by Jason Selby

I really wanted to love this cream because the jar is too cute so it makes me sad that I don't care. What I don't like is the weird gelatinous consistency. When touched, it bounces like jelly and a watery film always forms over it. In fact, I don't think it even qualifies as a day cream. To me it seems too heavy and poorly absorbed for morning use. I personally want a day cream that is lightweight and provides a seamless base for my foundation, preferably with at least some smoothing properties. The sticky, shiny residue this cream leaves behind lasts too long for me and ends up being a problem when applying makeup. I keep trying, but so far I don't see any visible improvement with it. It doesn't affect my skin texture in any way and doesn't even seem to hydrate well, which is basically its only claim other than supposedly preventing damage. My regular day cream does everything I want and more, even works as a mild sunscreen, for the same price. I have very little reason to continue using it if it doesn't seem to have any benefits and it doesn't even soften my skin. I don't care about the smell; To be honest it just smells like a regular moisturizer. Although I really like this charming glass. This piece appears to be of really excellent quality. It feels sturdy and the cute cat head is easy to screw on and off. Normally I won't even consider stuff like this until I've tested them thoroughly, but in this case I doubt I'd use anything else. I enjoy looking at it, but I won't buy it again just to show it off.
