I don't know if I would consider this product "wrinkle free" as it is full of wrinkles but it's not that hard to get rid of them. Two minutes at the iron and they're gone. Fits perfectly on my Queen Highrise mattress set. The skirt covers 3 sides leaving the head area exposed in case that bothers anyone. My bed is 17 inches off the floor and it almost reaches the floor hiding my stuff under the bed. Recommend buying this product, it works the same as the bed skirt.
