My son is tall thin 10 years old. These pants are beautiful to look at, but run small. He wears a size 12-14 for tall boys but they are tight around the waist and hit the ankles. There's no room to grow, so I took 14. There was also a small thread fault on the front of the trousers, which I noticed because he didn't care and wore them anyway. It's what you'd expect from dress pants, the material was comfortable and didn't wrinkle, which is especially important for little boys. Aside from the small size, it fit well and looked nice.
