In today's world of continuous operation and extremely reliable garage door openers, you no longer want to drive into the garage without a light on, now you have to load and unload the car, turn off the lights, switch off. Well, don't run to the closet and try to reset an incandescent bulb or a high-power low-power LED bulb. The light works, but your garage door may not work. It may work sometimes or just one way, but there's a good chance you won't come back. I bought these bulbs because they don't interfere with my security system and they don't interfere with the incoming and outgoing conversation between the remote and the device. I have no problem recommending these lamps due to bugs. $15.00 for 2 bulbs is a steal for these high and low wattage bulbs. First, it gives brighter and brighter white light than factory incandescent bulbs. It is the same size as a single lightbulb and a double lightbulb opener so they fit in the slots around the room. I've only had them a few months so I don't have affidavits on the longevity of the lights, but they are designed or intended to be built to withstand the vibration caused by the opening and closing of garage doors. This is probably true since it doesn't take long for the filament of an ordinary lamp to break. I recommend them as a bargain and as a good replacement for your garage door opener. I'll let you know later if I run into any issues and the key to that is durability but so far so good.
