The ejector ring
The ring used to remove the 8088 connection from the HBA connector broke immediately with minimal effort. It doesn't matter much as I don't expect to change them often but didn't give an overall impression of out of the box quality. It looks like the electrical part is working fine so far.

- snapped into place immediately. It has a 26-pin Mini-SAS SFF-8088 external connector (with trigger ring) on one end and 4x 7-pin SATA connectors on the other.
