The ability to use one platform for multiple communication channels is great. I can have my sales team call me from my office phone, but also be able to text or chat with them. This is very helpful when I am traveling or out of the office. Sometimes it's hard to know who is calling me since they are not always identified. It would help if there was a way to see who is calling. We are solving a lot of problems by using this system. Before we used many different platforms to communicate with each other. Now, everyone uses the same platform and is able to talk to each other.
