CallTower - Great tool that offers flexibility

The ability to use one platform for multiple communication channels is great. I can have my sales team call me from my office phone, but also be able to text or chat with them. This is very helpful when I am traveling or out of the office. Sometimes it's hard to know who is calling me since they are not always identified. It would help if there was a way to see who is calling. We are solving a lot of problems by using this system. Before we used many different platforms to communicate with each
