Mine wasn't new. on shampoo and conditioner

I was so excited to get this. I thought it was a natural solution for dry shampoo, root coverage and thinning. The product appears to have been returned with an unsealed applicator and filled product. On top of the applicator was someone else's hair. To me it's a health hazard and really bad policy. I'm sending it back.
