This is a good durable punch tool

This is a good durable punch tool. I seem addicted to buying these things. The plastic on it is quite thick and you can apply a lot of pressure without feeling like you're breaking the top. There is a net, but it's very, very light and to be honest I don't see it helping much. You take the top piece and flip it over depending on whether you are using clear or rubber based stamps. I've been stamping it for a little over a week now and it works great with rubber stamps, but I seem to have a harder time with clear stamps. Problems seem to arise when the stamp is on the far right or in the middle. I love that the back has a rubber backing which not only allows you to hold it in place more easily but also helps provide extra cushioning when stamping as the rubber is a bit thicker than the plastic. I put a mouse pad under the stamp and it doesn't matter so that's a real bonus. It comes with 2 magnets but if you have a sticky ink and stamp combo it will still move. From what I understand it's ok if you can stick paper to the top and left corners, so do it with a different brand and I'm already used to it. I suppose you can use washi tape if needed. I will say that it seemed to work a little better when I used clear stamps and removed the magnets, but not by much. I took some photos so you can see that the rubber based snowflake background stamp was just perfect the first time. and it was a brand new brand so it was amazing. I think I will use this product but maybe not as often as I was hoping. It's terribly bulky compared to some others on the market.
