This bench exceeds my expectations. It was very easy to put together, all the screws and holes matched and they supplied an extra screw and a small piece of metal to hold the screw in place. clear instructions. No scratches or paint defects. Feels solid, doesn't look cheap. I like the firmness of the seat cushion. I'm not keen on the color of the lining, but I don't think it would be too difficult to take apart and reattach, perhaps right over the existing material. The bench fits in my shoe tray, so my wet shoes fit on the tray. . As a result, I lose some space due to the full charging cradle. It would be even better if it was long enough for the tray to fit in the legs. There is enough space on the shelf for 6-7 inch high baskets for gloves. Very happy with this purchase!
