I really like the size and organization of this bag. Plenty of storage space in the not too big bag. I like the top pocket for my phone. I use it as my everyday bag. I like the top handle, it's easy to grab and go. I love a bag that rises when you put it down and this one does the same. I can't stand a bag that keeps falling. The fabric is comfortable, the bag is light. The only issue I have is that the adjustment buckle on the straps doesn't grab the straps and hold them in place. I'm deducting a star for this lack. I wear it over one shoulder most of the time so it's not a big deal for me to tug on the end of the strap to get it snug, but if you plan on using it primarily as a backpack you might find it tedious to constantly adjust to need the fit. of belts. I've only had this bag for two months but I have other Lug bags and they are timeless and everlasting.
