Ultra Thin Webbing, Best Material Handling

The buckle is fine, but the webbing is so thin and weak that it is difficult to get it through the buckle. Even if you get it in rolls and knots in a buckle. Pretty much rubbish. Spend more and get a thicker polyester strap.

Comfortable, Well Made: Seat Belts

This is a nice set of nylon straps I use to tie my kayak to the top of my Ford Escape. The straps are 12 feet long and 1 inch wide, making them strong enough to hold a much heavier kayak than mine. The rating says up to 600 pounds. I use four straps to secure the load and only three can be used, but the engineer in me says to make up for it, just in case. The buckles feel strong, the cam holds tight. The seams on the straps are well fixed. I use the extra strap to tie a few half knots, again…

Nice Buckle Cheap Straps

I bought these straps looking for the best value for money buckle straps. Unfortunately I got what I paid for. The buckles are good. Strong springs and powerful cams. Unfortunately the straps are too thin. I just tie my kayak to my truck. This is a normal load for a cam buckle strap. The straps are usually folded in half, making it difficult to properly engage the cam. I end up having to manually loosen the strap and gently tighten it to keep it from twisting again.
