I like microfiber, although here in very, very dry southern Arizona I always prefer cotton. No chance for static electricity. But those buttons covering the top opening are really awful! I prefer a good quality, well fitted zipper. I will never buy a button down blanket again. This is the bear opening the hole. Especially for an elderly person with arthritis, the design of the hatch covering the stupid buttons isn't the best. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the access port and the color reproduction (grey) of my monitors is poor as always. out. The gray tones are much darker than on my (newer, maybe two years old?) monitor. I would return this blanket but I need it because winter is coming and the blanket it covers is white. Also, we have 2 dogs. You're not allowed to lie on any furniture (they have beds fit for a queen and king, which they are), but white has to be protected from dust, dust, dust in this country. So this ceiling will remain. Until at least after a while I can sew my own.
