I like how easy it was to set up, as well as use once you have done so! The support team are always quick at responding when there's an issue or query - which makes me feel valued as their customer (and also means they're doing something right!). It would be nice if we could add our own customised media player/player controls instead of using those from Apple Music / Spotify etc., but this isn't necessarily a problem for us yet since all three services work with each other seamlessly already without any issues.
