Helps relieve and prevent pain

I was pleasantly surprised at how well these tablets are at preventing pain. Even after a week off and gaining weight, I hardly felt any pain. I took two of these about 45 minutes before my workout and then two more after and it helped. Can't talk about increased gains or anything, but for pain relief this works better than ibuprofen.
