Review on OM Plus by Jeremy Meza

The tool provides us with all of our printing needs in one place! It's easy for users who aren't computer or printer savvy as well as being able to easily access to those who are very technical using computers. There have been occasions where we needed IT support but it takes quite some time before they were willing to help solve issues, therefore creating an emergency situation. We also use this program at my work because I'm part owner - which makes life easier since there isn't too many things you can do without having your manager/owner sign off first!! Also helps keep track of invoices etc when billing customers via emails as well.- Printing tasks within minutes instead of hours if not weeks.
