Review on MyCarTracks Vehicle Tracking by Tony Beale

This app has everything I wanted from an auto-tracking application. I could see myself getting rid of the current software. However, the only thing I would say is it needs more options for tracking, especially for those of us that drive more than one car. For instance, if I have a van and a truck, the app should be able to track both of them separately. Also, I wish that the app had a better integration with the insurance companies. I am looking for an app that has the ability to upload the information from the insurance company directly to the app. It would be nice to have it integrated with their website also. That way I can enter all the information into the app and have it pull up my account right away without needing to go back to the website. Finally, the app needs a better customer service team. I contacted the customer service department on three occasions regarding my tracking being lost and I never received a response. The last time was on May 12th. I left a message saying that I did not receive any updates and asking them to let me know when I would receive the tracking again.
