The ease of use, customization options available to manage devices, ability to create filters for certain types of alerts or specific device problems. It's not always easy to troubleshoot issues using the app when they do occur. Sometimes it can take awhile before you receive any information in regards to an alert. If there are no alerts then this product isn't as useful. However, if multiple alerts are occurring at once then I can see how it would be beneficial. We have many employees who travel throughout our business so we need to ensure they're working correctly and within their time zone without being distracted by emails or calls while away from home. This allows us to keep track of all devices that access our network and provide support staff with updates regarding their locations while they are traveling.
