My bust is exactly 38 inches, which is the max size for this running vest. I figured I'd order both sizes and return the one that didn't fit. Turns out, no size works that well for my chest measurement, especially when the bladder is filled with water. When I drink water, the smaller one is too tight and the larger one is too loose. Luckily, the old version of the VaporAir running vest is sized differently and fits you well, just in case you're in the same boat with me.
