I like the look of this shelf, the quality is excellent and it is not bulky. I followed the instructions exactly. I cleaned the tile, dried it, waited. I stuck the 3M suction tapes on as tightly as I could, waited over 24 hours to install the shelf, then waited to place the load. I put maybe 4lbs in it, I pulled it and it seemed sturdy so I was very happy. Then at 2am I hear a loud cracking sound! There's my shelf in the bathtub with all our bathroom accessories. I think I'm destined to have a hanging shower stall forever. This can work well for smooth surfaces that just vacuum, but not a sticky pad for me.
