Top notch customer service but the bracelet is rubbish
My 4 year old boy loves these. The binoculars themselves are of decent quality and finish and the seller's customer service is top notch (they sent me a replacement ASAP after I contacted them about the broken strap) , but the new one also broke immediately. My verdict - the belt is nonsense. I need to get a replacement strap for that. Not a big minus, but quite annoying.
