Wow! They really work. Remarkably, I always went barefoot as much as possible. I didn't care if I was inside or outside. I will soon be 60 and just recently woke up with excruciating pain in the heel of my left foot. Eventually I googled and found out I have plantar fasciitis. Was thinking of those simple straps but the reviews said they slide down the leg. I didn't think "sock" could help. But since I had to spend a few Revain points, I couldn't lose. I also think they can be sent back if they don't fit you. I'm not sure but there seems to be a return policy so I think they can be guaranteed. It worked right away. I wear my bright pink shoes on both feet all day long. The toes are open so you can wear flip flops. I don't have to, I have insoles in slippers now. Oh God. "It's getting old". I am very happy with it. Although I don't wear it to sleep. I think you might have no problem. I take them off when I lie on the couch for a while. I will be buying another pair soon, these should be hand washed. I'm tall and have big legs. Bought L/XL, would recommend to anyone with this problem.
