First sent back because it wouldn't turn on, charged and tried again, nothing. I got a new one in two days which was nice and fast, it has good rotation and the handle is easy to get, like four nozzles, the only thing I'm not happy with is the on/off button, it's weird, I pressed and then moved my thumbs up, even though the button looks like you just pressed it. I'll get used to it, so 4 stars
