This was the first time I've used Viking Revolution's shaving soap and shaving brush, except when the barber shaved with a hot towel (which is amazing). On my first try I found I had used too much soap. I had no idea how little product could give such a great lather. It's really just a little dab on the brush that makes a great lather all over my face. This 1 package literally lasts for at least 2 months. I have well treated water for my house and shower as we use a whole house reverse osmosis system so our water is pretty clean, but slightly hard water will probably give similar results with a little more soap. My face feels prepared and my skin is hydrated and supple all day. It is a luxury to use such wonderful products. No other shaving cream, shaving foam or shaving oil in tubes has achieved such good results. The shaving results are amazing.
