Do not buy this if you are installing the mount on a vertical surface (in front of the dashboard) . Adhesive is not strong enough to hold iPhone 12 Pro (standard model, no case). It can be strong enough when installed on a horizontal surface (on top of the dashboard). The problem with dash mounting is that the phone has to be tilted up as the mount doesn't have a long arm to hold the phone. I contacted support to ask if they could provide a stronger adhesive for this mount or a similar mount with stronger adhesive but all I was told was that I could clean it so it would regain its adhesive strength. I've only had the mount for 3 days. So if they expect that's all that will hold it up before it needs to be cleaned again, it won't work. They also offered a 50% refund. I tried to suggest other solutions but my email bounced because their inbox was full. Overall not a great product and support experience
