I bought a Zosi 8 cam system, it came with 4 Zosi cameras and I had 4 different brands of cameras from the previous system. Everything connected, easy peasy. In general, unpack, connect everything, turn on. Scan the QR code and it will do everything for you. I had an issue with the cameras working and then they didn't work, I contacted Zosya and they gave me "Sleen", an amazing service technician who worked tirelessly to solve my particular problem. I took it apart step by step, and after a lot of trial and error it turned out that my 4 different brand cameras were to blame. Bought 4 of these cameras on recommendation from Slinas, swapped them out and haven't had any problems or issues since. These cameras are very wallet friendly and produce bright, crystal clear and colorful images. These cameras give better pictures than some other cameras which I think cost 3 or 4 times their price. Don't let the cost fool you into thinking that lower cost equals a lower quality camera. These Zosi cameras are the exception to the rule. AAA++++
