Great interface for both administrators of regular users who are not technical experts in configuring servers or switching devices using software tools like cisco anyconnect client which can be difficult sometimes with all this complexity! The fact of being able to manage everything from one single screen makes it very convenient even if some aspects could have been updated (like adding more options).

Not really many cons at this moment but I would mention ease when managing multiple switches because they do get confusing quickly unless we know about their configuration well enough as mentioned above by others.
