Looks like a great device but for some reason the PSU didn't power it? It's kind of a brick for me until I buy a power supply for it to make it work. Nothing in the description says it's not included. To update. Bought 12 volt power adapter, turns on but does not transfer information from keyboard or mouse to computer connected to it. The keyboard works great when connected directly to a PC. I thought this might be a setting in the KVM, I went in the menu and below and this block was installed earlier as all ports are labeled with server names! The first 3 ports are also marked as "BROKEN" which leads me to believe it was a return and that seller knew about it and resold it anyway!
