I really wanted this for the production of cattle jersey. I was really impressed as I didn't have to freeze the meat before slicing. The cuts are excellent and all even. The protective guide is removed when you cut a large piece of meat. It is very comfortable. It comes with two blades that are very easy to change. The blade features a quick release buckle, which is great for changing blades or cleaning. The engine is excellent, never slows down. It's pretty loud. He quickly made it through 5 pounds of beef. Can't wait to try other meats on it. Very compact and portable, easy to clean!
