THANK YOU! - to others who commented on this belt, I ordered a medium size and it fits perfectly! I'm 5 feet 5 inches tall and weigh 142 pounds. I wear a size 10 jeans with a medium rise (no waist or low rise) and the size I wear is 36 inches. I wear the strap at the third hole and can even tighten it at the fourth out of five positions. The strap is soft and feels comfortable. I like the quality and the look. Casual and not overdone. It still has a biker or western look that suits me!
