I LOVE these capsules! I have no idea why people say they don't break up. I've used them with cold water, warm water, and hot water and never had a problem. I wonder if people drop them after loading and that's why they lie on clothes and plumbing and why don't they dissolve because of that? If you put them in the water or in the bottom of the washing machine when it starts and put a few clothes on top, everything will be fine. We have a traditional top loading washing machine if that info is important. We tried several flavors and I am satisfied with the quality. When I'm making a very large load or our dog blankets, I use two capsules. We will definitely continue to buy. We had a capsule rupture in the last bag but for me it doesn't bother me. I'm very conscious of our impact on the environment and I also watch the chemicals in our house and sometimes things break because it's not the same material that's used in other products, the very products we try to stay away from , and so we buy this kind of product. I find some of the comments in the reviews silly. If someone is so upset that the capsule broke during the shipping process, it's easy to call the company and take care of the situation, but don't want to order again and waste time writing a negative review? Pfff. happy customer here. I think we have been shopping regularly for 4 months now and will continue to do so. It would be great if they came out with a lavender or citrus scent.
