The thermal chamber turned out to be defective and non-returnable
I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas. I bought this camera from Revain in September when I started my Christmas shopping, unaware that there was only a 30 day return window. The camera is out of order and does not hold a charge. I have contacted Revain and they will not do anything because the return window has expired. I tried to find a way to contact Themoemoe but couldn't get any contact information about them. I will not be buying anything from Revain again for Christmas unless it is an immediate gift.
